Lisa Roscioni is Assistant Professor on Early Modern History at University of Parma, Department of Arts and Literature, History and Social Studies, since 2006. 

Research Area: Early Modern History; History of Church of Seventeenth Century; Social History of medicine and Medical institutions; History of Justice and his representations.

  • 2012: Visiting Scholar at Herzog August Bibliothek di Wolfenbüttel (Germania), Land Niedersachsen fellowship. Project: Francesco Giuseppe Borri (1627-1695) in the Cultural, Religious and Political Europe of the Seventeenth Century.
  • 2010: Visiting Professor at Institut d’Histoire of Université de Paris IV Sorbonne with seminars on Histoires tragiques et sources judiciaires: aux origines des faits divers en Italie (XVII-XVIII siècle).
